Robert M. Currey, President, founded Robert M. Currey & Associates in 1981. Bob is an internationally recognized authority on risk management issues. He has been featured in numerous industry publications and authored The American Journal of Risk Management and The AJRM Market Bulletin. Bob also contributed to the formation of the curriculum for the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) Program. He received a BS in Business Administration from Boston University and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. Bob is a member of the Massachusetts and Federal Bars.

Patricia F. Currey, Chief Financial/Operations Officer and Senior Vice President, co-founded Robert M. Currey & Associates with her husband, Bob. Through the firm’s exponential growth over the past 36 years, she has overseen all aspects of its operations including accounting, office management, human resources, and staff development. Pat received a BA from Marymount/Fordham University and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School. She is a member of both the Massachusetts and Federal Bars. 

Brett J. Holmgren, Senior Vice President and Director of Consulting, provides risk management acumen and insurance consultancy to large, complex real estate funds while overseeing the Senior Consultant Group. His expertise is in property and casualty insurance for all types of real estate assets including commercial, residential, hotel, and retail. Brett received a BA from the College of Wooster in Ohio and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School where he graduated cum laude and received distinguished honors in Insurance, Contracts and Negotiation for Lawyers. Brett is a member of the Federal and Massachusetts Bars and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.

David M. Currey, Senior Vice President, oversees large, complex real estate funds and property managers and has expertise in the creation, formation, and growth of master insurance programs for clients. He led the development of the risk management platforms encompassing a variety of asset classes including office, residential, and hotel. Dave has significant experience with operational insurance for homebuilders and hotel and restaurant chains. He received a BA in English from Boston College and is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.
