BACKGROUND:  A vertically integrated private real estate company with expertise in investment management, property management, development, design and construction engaged RMC to overhaul their insurance purchasing function. The Client had been with the same insurance broker for decades and had never actively competed their real estate portfolio using the RMC Process.

The portfolio consisted of nearly 100 commercial real estate properties and investments comprising approximately 30 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $15B.

The RMC Process reduced the total number of insurance policies from 11 to 3 for the lines of property, liability and umbrella and saved the Client $4.13M in premium year over year.
