Patricia DeLee McKinell, Director of Operations, brings broad operational and business management skills from her leadership positions at an institutional investment firm. As a senior member of the Management Team, she oversees all operational issues at the firm while providing oversight of all support staff.  Patricia graduated cum laude with a BA in Government and International Studies as well as Music from the University of Notre Dame and an MA in Politics with a concentration in Political Philosophy from The Catholic University of America. She is a Licensed Insurance Advisor.

Samantha L. Barry, Executive Assistant, graduated from Assumption University with a BA in Psychology.

Daniel P. Combs, Operations Associate, graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, with a BA in Business Administration.

Viktoras A. Kozica, Head of Analytics, oversees the day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s proprietary data analytics platform. He is responsible for the implementation and management of multiple firm-wide databases and is the first line of defense for all technology-related issues in the office. Vik received a BS in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire with a concentration in Information Systems and Business Analytics.

Wendy J. LaLonde, Executive Assistant, assists senior management, coordinating and overseeing many diverse projects that enable the smooth operations of the firm. She is a senior professional in our accounting department and oversees all financial transactions. Wendy graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a BA in Journalism and Sociology. 

Tyler A. Mulligan, Accounting Analyst, graduated from Florida International University with a BS in Economics.

Amy L. Patterson, Senior Accounting Manager, handles the billing process at the firm, updating the account receivable database as appropriate. She also prepares accounting records and other firm reports for Senior Management. Amy received a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of New Hampshire.

Robyn M. Patterson, Human Resources Manager, utilizes her strong and extensive administrative background to oversee various administrative and personnel-related matters to ensure the firm’s smooth and efficient operation. She received a BS in Business Administration from St. Michael's College.

Nicole D. Rittmer, Executive Assistant, graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in Cinema and received her MBA from the University of Phoenix.
